Returns
All sales are final. We print to order for all purchases therefore no returns or refunds are permitted.
We take great pride and care in building your order. If there’s something wrong with your order, we promise to make it right. Please contact us using the contact form or email us at hello@strangelygood.com.
Damaged Items
We understand how frustrating it can be to receive a damaged piece of artwork. If we made a mistake or it was damaged in transit, we will take care of it. Damaged artwork must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Artwork not reported within 48 hours are not subject to a refund or exchange. Please use the contact form or email us at hello@strangelygood.com. Please provide your order number and photos of the damage (if sending by email).
Strangely Good is not responsible for artwork damaged while opening them. We package each piece with great care. Please take care when opening your package as rough handling or opening with sharp tools can cause non-refundable damage.
Cancellations
All sales are final. And while we are confident that you will be delighted in your purchase, we know that some things are out of our hands (like 3 year old's fingers on the keyboard). If an unanticipated cancellation is needed or you need to make any changes, please reach out to us as soon as possible using the contact form or email us at hello@strangelygood.com. If your order has entered processing, the order is considered Final Sale and not eligible for changes or cancellation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier. The carrier can investigate the missing package on your behalf.
Please understand that we can’t take responsibility for lost or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided for your order.
